- Staff Management: Handle recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for all frontline employees.
- Sales & Performance: Drive sales generation, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement promotional strategies.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee store appearance, visual merchandising, loss prevention, cash handling, and adherence to labor laws and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the escalation point for customer complaints and ensure a welcoming shop floor environment
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and conduct inventory audits.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
