Looking for a Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience in construction projects, having played a role in Pre-contract and Post Contract Planning, Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Tendering, BOQs, Bill Certification works. Role shall include reviewing/preparing project budgets, quantity take off from drawings, prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates, rate analysis as per standards, certify sub contractor's bills, recording of measurements, preparing payment certificates, maintaining all sub-contract documents and records, preparing Monthly Cost Reports, Prepare Final Bills, facilitate final handing over documents etc. Thorough knowledge of IS method of measurements of civil and steel items essential.
Experience in Construction of Industrial and Commercial Building Projects will be an advantage
