HCLTech is seeking dynamic and experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultants to join our esteemed Global USM Consulting Practice team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with a diverse, global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ITSM Transition, Transformation, and Maturity Assessment projects.
- Provide expert consulting on ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop and implement ITSM strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive ITSM assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ITSM initiatives and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on ITSM processes and tools.
Skill Requirements
- Candidates with exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels are preferred.
- Proven experience in ITSM Transition, Transformation, and Maturity Assessment projects.
- Experience working in a global workplace,
demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
- Must have ITIL 4 foundation and Intermediate, CSA, and CIS ITSM certifications.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Exposure and awareness of frameworks like IT4IT, SIAM, Agile and lean.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time

Other Requirements
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in developing ITSM documentation, including process flows, policies, and procedures.
