We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Associate to deliver a warm, prompt, and positive customer experience at a reputed sweets and food retail outlet. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, processing orders, supporting billing, handling customer feedback, coordinating with outlet teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Retail Management, Business Administration, or any other discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Prior experience in food retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurants (QSR) will be preferred.
- Positive coordination skills and the ability to work effectively as part of an outlet team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly, help them find what they need with accurate info on menus and services, and keep a friendly, professional vibe throughout their visit.




- Accurately process guest orders, confirm event or dining details, coordinate with the team for timely service, and handle payments smoothly while reporting any billing discrepancies.
- Listen patiently to guest concerns, resolve routine issues, record feedback honestly on our platforms, and escalate sensitive complaints to your manager for proper follow-up.
- Stay up to date on our menus and amenities, suggest the perfect upgrades or seasonal offers to guests, and stick to company-approved pricing.
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen, packing, and billing teams to ensure bulk and pre-booked orders are on time, and jump in to support the crew during peak hours.
- Show up sharply groomed, keep your station clean and organized, check pending orders at shift start, and ensure a smooth team handover at the end of the day.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
