Core Expertise: End-to-end manufacturing in Gold & Platinum JewelleryJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced, result-oriented Production Head to lead our state-of-the-art jewellery manufacturing operations in Surat. The ideal candidate must possess 12+ years of hands-on experience, with a mandatory technical background in gold and platinum metallurgy. You will oversee the complete shop floor ecosystem—from initial CAD/CAM translation to final high-end polishing and quality control—ensuring optimal resource utilisation, strict wastage control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Execution: Direct the end-to-end production workflow including CAD/CAM, lost-wax casting, hand-assembly, setting, and polishing.
- Material & Metal Management: Oversee platinum and gold metal accounts, ensuring strict metal loss/wastage control systems are enforced.
- Artisan & Team Leadership: Manage and mentor internal production teams, department heads, and karigars (artisans) to maximize shop floor efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:



Set and uphold strict QA/QC compliance standards to eliminate reworks and guarantee impeccable finish quality.
- Technology Utilisation: Monitor and streamline day-to-day operations using specialised Jewellery ERP systems for material tracking and workflow scheduling.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the strategic liaison between external refining, hallmarking, and supply vendors to ensure seamless material integration.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 12 years of core manufacturing experience in the luxury or commercial jewellery sector.
- Material Expertise: Comprehensive, deep technical understanding of Gold and Platinum metallurgy, casting temperatures, and alloy mixing.
- Wastage Control: Proven track record in minimizing gold/platinum skin loss and scrap recovery on the production floor.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with up-to-date jewellery production tools and Jewellery ERP databases.
- Location: Based in or willing to permanently relocate to Surat, Gujarat

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
