Sales Engineer – Induction Motors

Techno Industries Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lloyds Engineering Works Limited, is a manufacturer of HT Motors, LT Motors, Induction Motors, and Pumps.

We are looking for enthusiastic Electrical and Mechanical Engineering graduates interested in pursuing a career in industrial sales, with a focus on induction motors.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell induction motors to industrial customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct industrial visits to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and sales activities.
- Explore new markets and contribute towards achieving sales targets.

Candidate Requirements





- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in industrial sales or motor sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in field sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel for customer and industrial visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
