Job Title: Remote Online Chess Coach – FIDE Rated (1400+)

Job Type: Part-time / Contract
Work Location: Remote – Work from Home

We are looking for passionate and dedicated FIDE-rated chess players to join our team as online chess coaches.

We welcome players rated 1400 to 2000 and above who are interested in sharing their chess knowledge and helping students improve their game. Coaches with different playing strengths are welcome to apply, as we have students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but talented players who are new to coaching are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online chess classes for students at different skill levels.
- Teach chess fundamentals, opening principles, tactics, middlegame strategies, endgames, and positional play according to your strengths.
- Analyse games, explain mistakes, and help students develop their playing skills.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual students, including younger children.
- Conduct online sessions professionally and maintain punctuality.
- Use online chess platforms and teaching tools effectively.

Requirements

- FIDE rating of 1400 or above.
- Good chess knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching.
- Positive English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous online or offline chess coaching experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable teaching children and students at different skill levels.
- Laptop or desktop,



stable internet connection, and a suitable environment for online classes.
- Familiarity with online chess platforms and screen-sharing tools is preferred.
