Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Parking Senior Associate to manage daily parking operations at the theatre, ensure smooth vehicle movement, maintain parking discipline, and provide a safe and convenient experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily parking operations and ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles and cash handling aslo .
- Guide customers to available parking spaces and assist during peak hours.
- Drive and park customer vehicles safely when required.
- Manage parking attendants and allocate duties effectively.
- Ensure proper vehicle arrangement and prevent traffic congestion within the premises.
- Maintain parking records, vehicle movement logs, and shift handover reports.
- Handle customer queries and parking-related complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with theatre security, operations, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and prevent vehicle damage or loss.




- Monitor parking areas for cleanliness, discipline, and security.
- Report incidents, damages, and operational issues to the concerned manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in parking management, valet parking, or a similar operational role.
- Good driving skills in both manual and automatic cars.
- Valid driving licence.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage busy customer traffic.
- Punctual, responsible, and willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends , holidays, festival time aslo
