Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Lead to manage endpoint security and malware protection operations, with solid expertise in CrowdStrike or other EDR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage endpoint security platforms.
- Handle L2 security incidents, alert triage and escalation.
- Manage antivirus, EDR installation, updates and troubleshooting.
- Perform malware investigation and containment.
- Handle patching, upgrades and agent troubleshooting.
- Maintain ServiceNow tickets, SOPs and RCA documentation.
- Coordinate with L3 and other security teams.
