Job Description:

Provide advanced administration, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Nginx and WAS environments, ensuring optimal system performance, stability, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Manage and troubleshoot Nginx server configurations and performance issues.

Ø Configure and optimize:

· Reverse proxy setups

· Load balancing and routing rules

· SSL/TLS configurations

Ø Perform performance tuning (caching, compression, worker settings).

Ø Handle incident calls, conduct in-depth technical analysis, and provide resolution.

Ø Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

Ø Implement change requests, deployments, and configuration updates.

Ø Should have hands-on experience on Linux commands.

Ø Shell Scripting knowledge.

Ø Additionally Administer and troubleshoot WebSphere Application Server environments:

· IHS & WAS installation and configuration

· Application deployment

· Cluster and node management

· JVM tuning and analysis

Ø Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs

Technical Requirements:

Primary – Nginx

Ø Strong expertise in:

· Nginx architecture and configuration





· Reverse proxy and load balancing (Layer 4/Layer 7)

· URL rewriting and request routing

· SSL/TLS troubleshooting

Ø Experience in:

· Performance tuning

· Debugging HTTP errors (4xx/5xx)

Secondary – WAS & IHS

Ø Hands-on experience with:

· WebSphere Application Server administration

· Application deployments and troubleshooting

· JVM tuning and performance analysis

Ø Knowledge of:

· Clusters, nodes, and federated environments

Other Skills

- Linux/Unix administration
- Shell scripting (preferred)
- Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus)

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
