Job Description

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive / Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in biscuits, cookies, toast, cakes, namkeen, or other food products.

The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, market development, expanding the distribution network, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing product sales across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the FMCG market, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the market for the company's FMCG food products.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular field visits to retailers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Ensure proper product availability, distribution, and market coverage.
- Collect market feedback and share customer requirements with management.




- Prepare daily field visit reports, sales reports, and market development updates.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or market development.
- Experience in the biscuits, bakery, snacks, namkeen, or food products industry will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of distributor networks, wholesale markets, and retail channels.
- Candidates with experience in field sales and territory development are preferred.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of FMCG distribution and retail markets.
- Ability to achieve sales and market development targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and sales documentation.
- Willingness to travel locally and within the assigned territory as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
