Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop-floor operations and allocate tasks to line operators.
- Monitor production targets, reduce downtime, and ensure output quality standards.
- Enforce shop-floor safety protocols, 5S standards, and company guidelines.
- Prepare daily production logs, shift attendance, and operational reports.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling manufacturing lines and manpower.
