Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Wellness & Fitness team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining fitness and wellness services, and converting enquiries into memberships and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain fitness programmes, wellness services, membership plans, and packages.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness solutions.
- Convert potential leads into memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about services and packages.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and sales reports.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer handling is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Interest in the wellness and fitness industry will be an advantage.
