We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing project billing activities, preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying measurements, monitoring quantities, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of bills in accordance with contractual terms and project specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit client RA Bills and final bills for Finishing and MEP works.
- Verify subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, Measurement Books (MB), and quantity statements.
- Handle billing for civil finishing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP works.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra items and variations.
- Monitor material and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with project, execution, and commercial teams.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
Required Skills
- Robust experience in Finishing and MEP billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Understanding of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Experience in client and subcontractor billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
