Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team in Puducherry. The ideal candidate should have experience building responsive, high-performance WordPress websites and be comfortable working with themes, plugins, and custom development. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO-friendly structure.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
- Integrate third-party tools, forms, and APIs when required.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Perform website updates, backups, and maintenance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Knowledge of custom themes and plugin customization.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and website hosting.
- Familiarity with Git is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of WordPress development experience.
- Experience working with WooCommerce is an advantage.
- Understanding of technical SEO best practices.
