1. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

5. Customer Inquiries: Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively

.6. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest additional or alternative products to enhance sales

.7. CRM Management: Update customer details and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system.

8. Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback for improving services and products

.9. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.

10. Compliance: Adhere to telemarketing guidelines and company policies.
