About the Role & Work Arrangement

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.

- Work Setup: Initially a hybrid/field model (working from home and visiting education agencies/institutions). Once our official office space is operational, the role will transition to full-time office work.
- Travel: Occasional work-related travel to other cities or states may be required. All travel and food expenses will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Partnership & B2B Development: Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with education consultants, agencies, schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes.
- Outreach & Communication: Reach out to prospective partners via phone and email, maintain regular follow-ups, and build lasting business connections.
- Student Counselling: Handle initial student inquiries, guiding them accurately on study abroad options, course pathways, and visa application processes.
- Profile Assessment: Review student academic profiles and credentials to recommend suitable study abroad programs.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate webinars, outreach events, and online meetings using Zoom, MS Teams, and Google Meet. Maintain detailed meeting logs and follow-up records.




- Partner Operations: Create and manage WhatsApp communication groups with education consultancy partners for seamless updates.
- Documentation Support: Complete digital PDF application forms and verify supporting documents for student applications when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Minimum Graduation / Any Degree qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as an Academic Counsellor (Study Abroad experience is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain professional ties with institutions and channel partners.
- Organization: Strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking capability, and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in digital communication tools, PDF management, and online meeting platforms.
- Tech Setup: Must possess a reliable personal laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
