Hiring: General Manager – Operations & Business Development | SCEAIMS, Salem

SCEAIMS is a technology distributor and solutions company serving Tamil Nadu, Bangalore and Hyderabad since 2011. We have 14 product verticals: CCTV & AI surveillance, biometric & access control, intrusion & fire alarm, intercom & telecom, networking, gate automation, IFPD & smart classrooms, signage, PA, video conferencing, home & building automation, and home theatre. We are looking for a capable manager to run day-to-day operations and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

- Service & project team: Assign daily installation, service and AMC jobs across all verticals. Track site progress and ensure jobs are closed on time with customer sign-off.
- Customer relationships: Be the main contact for corporate, institutional and residential clients . Handle complaints, service escalations, and repeat orders.
- Lead generation & business development: Guide the sales and tele-calling team on daily and weekly lead targets. Focus on factories, schools, hospitals, offices, builders, apartments,



and new dealer onboarding in uncovered districts. Track every enquiry through quotation to closure.
- Payments & credit control: Follow up on customer and project receivables. Manage raise invoices, and coordinate collections against project milestones.
- Reporting: Send weekly reports on jobs completed, pipeline value, sales by vertical, collections received and overdue, and open customer issues.

Requirements

- 5+ years in operations, sales or branch management, preferably in security systems, IT/networking, electronics or system integration
- Experience managing field technicians and sales staff
- Good understanding of B2C sales, quotations, GST invoicing and receivables
- Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho and Excel
- Based in or willing to relocate to Salem

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
