Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent candidate-handling abilities, good communication skills, and preferably experience in a recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening based on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, location, and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary negotiation and coordinate offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their successful joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Handle multiple IT & Non-IT requirements simultaneously while meeting recruitment TAT.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment requirements.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
- Good sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Recruitment consultancy experience is preferred.
- Ahmedabad-based candidates only.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Makarba, Ahmedabad office.
