Job Summary:
Responsible for managing overall accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting financial planning. Candidate must have experience in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of accounts up to finalization.

- Handle accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxation
- Prepare and finalize financial statements and periodic reports
- Monitor budgets, variances, and support financial planning
- Ensure statutory compliance, GST, and audit coordination
- Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare reports for Bank Term Loan & Capex (PO, GRN, disbursements)
- Handle and summarize Capex vendor/contractor invoices in Excel
- Perform monthly PF & ESIC reconciliations
- Assist in financial closing and audit activities
- Manage account closing and monitor stock variations
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance calendar
- Verify and monitor entries, reports, and reconciliations in Tally
- Handle exception reports and outstanding analysis
- Manage insurance returns and submissions
- Supervise accounting team and ensure timely closures




- Maintain accuracy of financial records and improve systems

Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA
- Experience in manufacturing industry (mandatory),
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of accounts up to finalization
- Well-versed in Tally & Excel
- Valuable analytical and communication skills

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
