Job Description – Branch Manager (BM)
Company: THUSHARA MULTISTATE AGRO AND MARKETING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD.
Position: Branch Manager (BM)Department: Branch OperationsReports To: Area Manager / General ManagerLocation: Assigned Branch
1. Job Purpose
To manage and supervise all branch activities, achieve business targets, develop customer relationships, lead the branch team, and ensure smooth and profitable branch operations.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development
- Achieve monthly and yearly branch business targets.
- Generate new customers and cooperative society members.
- Promote FC, MRD, DRD and other company products.
- Increase deposits and overall branch business.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
B. Branch Management
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure proper functioning of all departments.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular branch meetings.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards.
C. Team Management
- Lead, guide and motivate branch employees.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to staff.
- Monitor BDO and sales team performance.
- Support employee training and development.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
D. Customer Relationship
- Maintain good relationships with customers and members.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Ensure quality customer service.
- Develop customer retention and referral activities.
E. Reporting and Compliance
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
- Monitor branch collections and deposit performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Head Office and higher management.
