Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day electrical site activities, supervise manpower, monitor project execution, and ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of electrical site execution, site measurements, quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ preparation. The ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project managers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

- Handle and supervise day-to-day electrical site activities.
- Monitor electrical installation and execution work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, technicians, and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed within the given project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and resolve day-to-day execution issues.

2. Measurement & Quantity Surveying

- Take accurate electrical site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare and verify Measurement Sheets.
- Calculate quantities of electrical materials and installation work.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQ and approved drawings.
- Maintain daily work progress and measurement reports.
- Identify variations in quantities and report additional work requirements.

3. Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and verify RA Bills (Running Account Bills).
- Prepare client bills and contractor/vendor bills.




- Handle quantity calculations and billing measurements.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and support estimation activities.
- Verify bills against actual site measurements and completed work.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, work orders, and measurement books.

4. Electrical Technical Knowledge

- Knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, cable laying, cable trays, conduits, panels, lighting, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of electrical materials, specifications, and site execution standards.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed at the site.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Report site challenges, material requirements, and work progress to management.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of assigned site activities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Electrical Site Execution.
- Hands-on experience in Site Supervision.
- Good knowledge of Electrical Measurements and Quantity Calculations.
- Experience in Billing, RA Bills, and BOQ Preparation.
- Ability to read Electrical Drawings.
- Knowledge of Electrical Materials and Installation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site manpower and multiple activities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or MEP electrical projects.
- Practical exposure to client billing and contractor billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
