- Execute design concepts, space planning, material selection, furniture layout — within the defined design direction.
- Prepare complete design documentation per project — drawings, material boards, specification sheets — to a standard that execution can follow without verbal explanation.
- Coordinate with visualiser to ensure 3D output accurately reflects design intent.
- Conduct material and vendor research — bringing options to Sapna for selection, not making final calls independently yet.
- Support site coordination — visit site at key milestones, flag design deviations to PM
- Guide junior designers on execution tasks — not manage them, but direct their daily output.
