Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement factory layouts, including machine placement, material flow and space utilization.
- Coordinate machinery selection, installation, setup and commissioning.
- Prepare and implement CAPEX proposals and monitor project budgets.
- Improve manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and cycle-time reduction.
- Optimize production layouts, material handling and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers, vendors, production, quality and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and support factory setup from planning to implementation.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
- Experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in factory layout planning and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of heavy fabrication and assembly processes.
- Experience in machinery installation, equipment planning and CAPEX projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and process optimization.
- Robust coordination and project management skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
