Job Description – PEB Engineer (Pre-Engineered Building)

Job Location: Plot No. 21A, Sector-24, YEIDA, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Vivo Manufacturing Plant, Dankaur).

1. Position Details

- Designation: PEB Engineer / Structural Steel Engineer
- Department: Civil & Project Execution
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and skills).
- Interview Mode: Face-to-face interview (Mandatory).

2. Job Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) and industrial steel structure construction projects.
- Handle steel beam structures, columns, rafters, girders, trusses and mezzanine floor construction.
- Read, interpret and execute structural steel drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise steel fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling, and structural assembly activities.
- Manage on-site erection and installation of steel structures.
- Ensure proper alignment, levelling, bolting, welding and fitting of structural members.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, vendors and project management teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material consumption and construction schedules.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and engineering standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction safety procedures during steel structure erection.
- Coordinate roofing sheets, wall cladding, purlins, bracing and other PEB-related installation activities.

3. Required Skills & Competencies





- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial construction, particularly PEB and structural steel projects.
- Robust knowledge of steel beam structure building construction.
- Practical experience in fabrication and erection of steel structures.
- Good understanding of I-Beams, H-Beams, columns, rafters, girders and trusses.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro will be an added advantage.
- Excellent site management and contractor coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills are compulsory.
- Ability to independently handle industrial construction activities.

4. Interview & Selection Process

- Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
- Candidates must have relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel Building Construction.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have independently handled industrial steel structure projects.

Important Recruitment Note

Candidates with hands-on experience in PEB Building Construction, Steel Beam Structure Fabrication, Erection and Installation will be preferred. General civil construction experience without steel structure project exposure will not be sufficient.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
