Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining student discipline, monitoring student activities across the campus ensuring a safe, disciplined and student-friendly campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular rounds across the entire campus to monitor student activities and maintain discipline.
- Monitor student behaviour in classrooms, corridors, laboratories, canteen, common areas and other campus locations.
- Identify, address and report disciplinary issues and violations of college rules.
- Counsel and guide students on discipline, behaviour, punctuality and institutional regulations.
- Ensure students follow campus rules, dress code and code of conduct.
- Handle student complaints, conflicts and behavioural concerns appropriately.
- Maintain records of disciplinary incidents and submit reports to the concerned authorities.




- Assist in maintaining a safe, respectful and positive learning workplace.
- Support the administration during college events, functions and other student activities.
- Maintain student information confidentially.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
