Role OverviewWe are looking for an Automation Engineer to build intelligent process automation across internal and customer-facing workflows, reducing manual effort for store-agent and back-office tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify manual, repetitive business processes suitable for automation.Build automation workflows using RPA/low-code tools or custom scripts integrated with platform APIs.Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into automations where relevant.Monitor and maintain automation reliability and error-handling.Document automated processes and quantify time/ROI savings.Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities.
Must-Have Skills4+ years of hands-on automation experience.Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or custom Python/Node automation.Strong API integration skills.Experience with workflow/orchestration tools.Solid scripting skills.
Valuable to HaveExposure to AI-assisted or agentic automation.Telecom or retail back-office process experience.Experience with low-code platforms
