JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Industry: Trading – HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / Relevant Commerce Degree
Location: Ulsoor Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our HORECA trading business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, inventory accounting, receivables and payables management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, debit notes and credit notes.
- Handle customer outstanding, payment follow-ups, credit monitoring and debtor ageing reports.
- Manage vendor accounts, invoice verification, payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain GST records, reconcile GSTR-2B and assist in GST/TDS compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation, inventory movements and returns.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports covering sales, purchases, expenses, receivables and payables.




- Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and timely completion of accounting activities.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in trading, distribution or FMCG.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Understanding of inventory accounting and working capital management.
- Robust reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams, customers and vendors.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting operations with minimal supervision.

Key Expectations

Accuracy in accounting, timely reconciliations, effective receivables follow-up, GST compliance and timely preparation of financial MIS reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
