Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketplace Order Processing Executive to manage daily order processing and fulfilment activities across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, Meesho and other platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming orders, processing orders within defined timelines, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining marketplace service-level agreements (SLAs).

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to candidates who are willing to learn and build a career in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management & Processing

- Monitor and process daily orders received across multiple marketplace seller portals.

- Ensure timely order acceptance, invoicing, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Track pending, unprocessed and breached orders to avoid SLA violations.

- Monitor order cancellations, failed orders and order status updates.

- Ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfilment.

- Prioritise orders based on marketplace dispatch deadlines.

2. Marketplace Operations

- Handle day-to-day order operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, Meesho and other marketplaces.

- Regularly monitor seller dashboards for new orders,



pending dispatches and operational alerts.

- Follow marketplace-specific order processing guidelines and fulfilment procedures.

- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve order-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with marketplace operational requirements.

3. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing and dispatch.

- Ensure product availability before order processing.

- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment handovers.

- Monitor shipment delays, failed pickups and delivery exceptions.

- Ensure correct shipping labels, invoices and packaging requirements are followed.

4. Returns & RTO Management

- Monitor customer returns, RTO (Return to Origin) and undelivered shipments.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for return verification and stock updates.

- Track return shipments and ensure timely system updates.

- Report discrepancies in returned products and inventory.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Maintain daily order processing and dispatch reports.

- Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.

- Monitor order fulfilment and dispatch performance.





- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the reporting manager.

- Maintain accurate order and shipment records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / PUC. Graduates are also welcome.

- Freshers can apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shopping platforms is an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to learn new systems and marketplace portals.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team-oriented approach.

Note: Freshers and candidates who have completed their 12th standard are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
