We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Field Collection Executive in our Banking Collection Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue payments, and assisting in the timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers at their registered or assigned locations for payment follow-ups.
Collect overdue payments in accordance with company policies and client guidelines.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding dues and repayment options.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment follow-ups, and collection activities.
Achieve assigned collection targets.
Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and handle queries effectively.
Job Requirements
DRA Certificate is mandatory.
Previous experience in banking collection or recovery is preferred.
Good CIBIL score is required.
Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler are mandatory.
Positive knowledge of the local area.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Freshers with the required qualifications may also apply.
