Job Title: Production Engineer – CNC / VMC Machines

Location: Oragadam
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering – Regular)
Experience: 3+ Years in automotive manufacturing industry
CTC: Upto 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities Operate CNC & VMC production machines.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Set machine parameters & tool offsets.
- Edit CNC programs (G-code / M-code).
- Troubleshoot machining & tooling issues.
- Monitor quality, rejection & rework.
- Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen & TPM activities.
- Manage operators & manpower utilization.
- Maintain production reports & records.

Key Requirements

- Machine shop & CNC Programming work experience is mandatory.




- Experience in CNC/VMC machine operations.
- Knowledge of fixtures, machining parameters, and CNC offsets.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in the Automotive / Auto Components manufacturing industry preferred.
