About the Role:
- Looking for an experienced and polished Spa Manager to oversee the complete spa operations at a premium private residence.
- The candidate should have strong experience in luxury hospitality or premium spa operations.
- Candidates from reputed 4-star/5-star hotels and luxury hospitality brands, particularly Taj and Oberoi, will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day spa operations within the private residence.
- Lead, supervise and manage the spa team.
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, guest experience and operational excellence.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming,
discipline and service protocols.
- Maintain a professional, hygienic and welcoming spa setting.
- Ensure personalised and exceptional wellness experiences.
- Monitor spa equipment, products, inventory and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards.
- Manage staff scheduling and deployment.
- Coordinate with other household staff and relevant teams.
- Address service-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain operational records and ensure smooth functioning of the spa.
