Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Customer Engagement team. The role involves handling customer interactions, responding to queries, sharing product information, verifying customer details, and coordinating payment follow-ups.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to interact confidently with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Collect and verify customer information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant assistance.
- Explain product features, services, and procedures.
- Respond to customer queries over calls and emails.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments for purchased products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
- Follow established service and quality guidelines.
- Keep updated with product information and process changes.
- Work towards achieving assigned performance targets.
