Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PLC Programmer to develop, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for industrial equipment and SPM machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, modify, and optimize PLC programs for industrial machines.
- Develop HMI screens for machine operation and diagnostics.
- Configure PLC logic, machine interlocks, sequences, and control functions.
- Integrate PLCs with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and motion controllers.
- Perform PLC testing, debugging, fault analysis, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot control-system issues and support machine installation.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and automation teams.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience in SPM machines and machine building is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Schneider, Keyence, or Delta PLCs.
- Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, servo drives, VFDs, and motion control.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP.
- Experience in machine troubleshooting, integration, and commissioning.
