Job Description: HR Intern

Location: Remote / Work From Home
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Kalki Intelligence is looking for motivated and organized HR Interns to support recruitment, candidate management, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and selection status.
- Assist with onboarding and maintain candidate records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR reports.
- Coordinate with team members and ensure timely communication.
- Support daily HR operations and recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and students pursuing or completing graduation can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented workplace.

Internship Benefits & Compensation

- First Month: Unpaid training and onboarding.
- Next Two Months: Performance-based stipend of up to ₹7,000 per month.
- After Internship: Opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a starting salary of up to ₹18,000 per month, subject to performance and company requirements.
