ERP Executive – Production & Inventory (Manufacturing)

Role Overview

Off Duty is a D2C denim and apparel brand with in-house garment manufacturing at Vasai East. We run on Logic ERP and need someone to own it day-to-day: production, inventory, purchase and order transactions, plus the master data behind them (BOMs, routings, item masters). This is not an accounting or Tally role. We need hands-on experience with a production/inventory ERP in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update ERP transactions: Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, GRNs and Delivery Challans
- Build and maintain master data: raw materials (fabric, trims), semi-finished and finished goods, Bill of Materials (BOM), product master and routings
- Keep Production, Inventory, Purchase and Accounts modules updated on time so day-to-day operations aren’t held up
- Monitor ERP data for errors, mismatches and missing entries; coordinate with the relevant team to correct them
- Generate ERP reports on stock levels, production status, order tracking, inventory movement and vendor performance
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS in Excel for the Operations Head
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts and Operations teams for timely updates

Requirements

Must-have

- years hands-on experience in a manufacturing/operations ERP (production, inventory,



purchase modules)
- Has personally created BOMs, Work Orders and GRNs in an ERP, not only viewed or reported on them
- Good understanding of inventory, production, purchase and supply chain flow in a factory
- Strong Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering and sorting, basic data analysis
- High attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice-to-have

- Hands-on experience with Logic ERP (strong advantage), especially production, inventory and purchase modules
- Experience with other manufacturing ERPs like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, ERPNext or Odoo is also welcome
- Garment/apparel or textile manufacturing background
- Power Query / Macros

Please note: Candidates with only Tally / accounting-entry or store billing (POS) experience will not be considered for this role.
