Job Description:

Avodha EduTech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate trackers.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.




- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.

Training and Employment Terms:

- The initial 15 days will be an unpaid training period.
- Permanent employment will be offered based on performance during the training period.
- After successful completion of training and selection for permanent employment, the salary will be ₹5,000 per month.
