Nexeor is a tech-driven creative agency bridging design, media, and digital strategy to build high-impact content for global brands. We specialize in dynamic visuals, SaaS/product demos, and modern video marketing. We are currently rebuilding and scaling our core marketing creative team in Kochi, and we need a talented Motion Graphics Editor to serve as the visual backbone of our new digital media division.

Role Overview

Are you a creative video editor and animator with a sharp eye for pacing, visual hooks, and digital content trends?
As our Motion Graphics Editor, you will spearhead high-quality video production and motion design for client campaigns. In this role, you will help establish our design standards, create compelling assets for digital channels, and collaborate directly with clients and brand strategists as our marketing department expands.

Key Responsibilities

- Motion Design & Video Editing: Design and edit motion graphics, animations, SaaS/software product demos, explainer videos, and high-converting Reels/Shorts.
- Campaign Content Creation: Produce visual marketing collaterals and promotional video assets optimized for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube campaigns.
- Audio & Pacing: Sync animations seamlessly with sound design, music tracks, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Client & Creative Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage timelines.
- Content Planning & Strategy:



Help develop visual content calendars and content planners to align visual output with client performance goals.
- Workflow Optimization: Maintain organized project files, format assets for multiple aspect ratios/platforms, and set high production standards for the team.

Requirements & Key Skills

- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrable experience in motion design, video editing, title animation, and digital content creation. (Required)
- Social & Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of platform-specific formatting, current video trends, and visual hooks for performance ad campaigns.
- Client Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, present work, and manage feedback smoothly.
- Execution & Ownership: High level of self-direction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Extras (Big Plus)

- Experience creating UI/UX micro-interactions or SaaS product walkthroughs.
- Sound design and voiceover editing capabilities.
- Familiarity with performance marketing advertisments
