We are looking for aggressive, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Development Executives who are ready to take ownership of lead generation and walk-in targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students through outbound telephone calls.
- Utilise the existing lead database effectively to maximise opportunities.
- Identify interested prospects and create strong interest in our courses.
- Convince potential students to visit the centre for career counselling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure maximum lead engagement.
- Maintain lead data, calling remarks and follow-up schedules.
- Track daily calling numbers, connected leads and walk-in commitments.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead conversion and walk-in targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Fearless approach towards making calls and speaking with recent people.
- Strong sales mindset with a never-give-up attitude.
- Highly competitive and motivated by targets and achievements.
- Good understanding of basic computer operations and Excel.
- Ability to work under sales pressure and deliver measurable results.
