Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Spartan Kitchen in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage restaurant operations, maintain high service standards, and drive business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, and staff scheduling.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control.
- Maintain food quality,



hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with central operations and management teams.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in health-focused restaurants, quick-service restaurants (QSRs), cafés, or premium dining establishments will be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
