Job Description: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

The Beer Café is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, internal audit support, billing, inventory verification, MIS preparation, and monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, and accounting records.
- Handle billing, invoice preparation, and voucher entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in internal audits and verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Conduct inventory verification and reconcile physical stock with recorded inventory.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability summaries.
- Perform cash, bank, and sales reconciliation.
- Track vendor payments, outstanding dues, and receipts.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.




- Assist with GST documentation and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in billing, cash transactions, inventory, and accounting records and report them to management.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Freshers may apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
