About the Role

Helett Enterprises LLP is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage customer communications, address service-related concerns, and maintain skilled customer relationships. Candidates must be fluent in both Hindi and English, with robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Record customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the company system.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and report them to the concerned team.




- Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or e-commerce support is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer complaints calmly and professionally.

- Familiarity with online orders, e-commerce platforms, or customer support systems.
