Job Title: Telecaller & Front Desk Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Telecaller & Front Desk Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage visitor enquiries, and provide front desk support. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, providing course information, and assisting with daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Contact prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Provide basic information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Welcome visitors, students, and guardians at the front desk.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update databases.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.




- Perform basic administrative and front desk activities.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and email).
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
- Friendly personality with a professional approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
