Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to provide exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth front office operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, booking inquiries and guest requests.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, billing and payment collection.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain guest records and front office documentation.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good communication skills in English,Tamil,Hindi and Malayalam.




- Pleasant personality with professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel booking systems preferred.
- Previous hotel front office experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
