We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in real estate projects, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful property bookings.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years in telesales, telecalling, real estate, or customer service.
