Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Service: Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature resort drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort standards.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take drink and food orders, recommend pairings, and provide personalized service.
- Bar Operations: Maintain clean, stocked, and organized bar stations before, during, and after shifts.
- POS & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using the POS system and manage daily tab balances.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock garnishes, ice, and spirits, and assist with inventory counts.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to local alcohol service regulations, resort policies, and safety/hygiene protocols. Check legal age identification when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
