Royal Pearl ENT Hospital & Hearing Aid Centre is hiring a dedicated and responsible Scrub Nurse for our Thiruvanmiyur branch.
In this role, you will assist ENT surgeons during procedures and ensure the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and sterile environment are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist ENT surgeons during surgical procedures as a scrub nurse
- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
- Maintain aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols
- Assist with surgical instrument preparation and counting
- Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other OT staff
- Maintain OT records and documentation
- Ensure cleaning and readiness of the OT after procedures
Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in OT Technology or other relevant nursing qualification
- Previous OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
