Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and patient-focused Hair Transplant Counsellor who can handle patient enquiries, counsel prospective patients about hair transplant procedures, explain treatment plans and pricing, and convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.

The candidate should have good communication and counselling skills, a professional approach, and the ability to achieve patient counselling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to patients, walk-in clients, and prospective patients professionally and courteously.
- Understand patients' concerns, hair loss history, expectations, and treatment requirements.
- Explain hair transplant procedures, treatment options, packages, pricing, advantages, and expected outcomes in simple language, based on information approved by the doctor.
- Counsel patients and help them make informed decisions about suitable treatments.
- Coordinate patient consultations with hair transplant surgeons and doctors.
- Convert enquiries and consultations into appointments and treatment bookings.
- Follow up with prospective patients and existing leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of patient enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors, hair transplant technicians, nurses, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth patient handling.
- Ensure a positive patient experience from the first enquiry to treatment and post-treatment follow-up.




- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and refer medical or technical questions to the concerned doctor.
- Explain appointment schedules, pre-procedure preparation, post-procedure care, and follow-up requirements as instructed by the doctor.
- Achieve assigned counselling, appointment, and treatment conversion targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies, protocols, and service standards.
- Maintain professional grooming, communication, and behavior.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication and patient counselling skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of hair loss, hair restoration, and hair transplant procedures.
- Ability to explain treatment options and pricing clearly.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Sales and conversion-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors and clinical teams.
- Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in hair transplant, dermatology, skin, hair, or aesthetic clinics will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare sales and treatment counselling may also apply.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
