- Experience: 5–10 years in design engineering, with proven project leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate designs for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prior work in Control Panel company will be an added advantage.
