We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our job sites. In this role, you will ensure construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to safety regulations and quality standards. You will manage site personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as the primary liaison between field teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day site activities, direct work crews, and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Safety Management: Enforce all safety compliance rules (OSHA/local regulations), conduct regular toolbox talks, and ensure all team members wear required PPE.
- Quality Assurance:



Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Resource & Schedule Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor schedules to maintain smooth site workflow.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, document work progress, log daily attendance, and report delays or issues to project managers promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve in office conflicts, technical bottlenecks, and unexpected issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
